Any lobbyist having a direct business association or partnership with any current

Solid Waste Authority Board Member, Advisory Board member, or SWA employee

must submit completed registration information to SWA before engaging in such

lobbyist activities.  This is an annual registration that automatically expires on 

September 30th of each year.

 

You may complete this registration process by submitting your registration information 

online, or you may complete manually and mail to the Solid Waste Authority.

This site also allows you to modify your existing registration information as well as 

search the SWA lobbyist registration database for current year or previous year listings.

All lobbyists shall register with the Authority or Palm Beach County before engaging in lobbying.

Lobbyists registered with Palm Beach County do not need to register with the Authority.

 

Lobbying prior to registration is prohibited.
